People from Spanish-speaking countries, particularly those of Latin American origin.

Amigo		Spanish for "friend."
Ban		From the "ban" in "Cuban." See also: Can.
Bean Bandit		They eat beans.
Bean Burrito		Common Hispanic food is bean burritos and the coloring of the beans is similar to the coloring of their skin.
Beanbag		Another slur based on the Hispanic consumption of beans.
Beaner		Because Hispanics are known to have a lot of beans in their diet and are often hired to pick beans for (sometimes less than) minimum wage.
Beaner Ball		Soccer is quite popular in Mexico and South America.
Beaniard		Combines "Spaniard" and "bean," a common food in many Mexican dishes.
Berry Picker		Refers to Hispanics who work in California berry fields, specifically undocumented immigrants, because their employers don't have to pay them as much.
Border Bunny		Hopping the border to get into America.
Border Nigger		See Border Bunny.
Border-Hopper		Same as Border Bunny. Border-Jumper too.
Burrito		Comes from the old adage "you are what you eat." Also burrito-head, burrito-brain, etc.
Cabezita Negra		Spanish for "little black head." Used in Argentina and other South American countries to look down on darker-skinned mestizo or indigenous people, often those who have migrated from rural areas to cities.
Can		MexiCANS, Puerto RiCANS.
Car Thief		Based on the stereotype that Hispanics steal cars.
Cham		Short for "Chicano American."
Cheap Labor		Refers to the belief that Hispanic workers are a source of cheap labor.
Cheddar		Hispanics who are frequently in the welfare line getting "government cheese."
Cherry Picker		Hispanics are often limited to low paying jobs, such as picking fruit, which includes but is not limited to cherries.
Chico		Spanish for "little boy."
Chilango		Used in Mexico, primarily by people outside Mexico City, to refer to residents of the capital in a derogatory way, implying they are arrogant, loud, or culturally dominant.
Chili		They tend to eat lots of chili peppers.
Chili-Shitter		Crude insult for Hispanic people, based on the stereotype that their cuisine relies heavily on chili.
Cholo/chola		Of uncertain origin. Commonly denotes Hispanic gangster types (in the U.S., not in Mexico).
Chunga		Hispanic girls who dress and act Black.
Coat		Instead of showering, they put on a new coat of cologne.
Coke Camel		Reference to drug trafficking.
Dozer		They always work in the field of construction, which is where "bulldozer" comes into play.
Drywaller		Hispanics do a lot of construction work and are usually paid very little or nothing.
Dumb Wet		Variation of "wetback," as used in an episode of "The X-Files."
Ese		Pronounced "eh-seh." Roughly translates to "dude." Offensive when used by races other than Hispanics.
Fake Mexican		Used to describe those who have lost the language, culture, etc. of Mexico.
Fidel		Reference to Fidel Castro, the infamous Cuban dictator.
Fruit-Picker		References the agricultural labor performed by Hispanic, particularly Mexican, migrant workers in the United States. Used to demean Hispanic people as low-wage laborers.
Garden Gnome		They do all the gardening for rich white people.
Gardner		Hispanics do most of the hired gardening.
Goya		Probably the most popular and most mainstream Latin food company in the world.
Gravelbellies		Crawling across border on their bellies.
Hispandex		Combination of "Hispanic" and "spandex."
Hot Footer		People who can't swim across the border. See: Wetback.
Housekeeping		Many hotel housekeepers are Hispanic.
Juan Valdez		The man on the Colombian coffee can.
Lao-Mo		Chinese. "Mo" is the first Chinese character of "Moxige" (Mexico) and also happens to mean "old ink."
Latrino		Combination of "Latino" and "Latrine."
Leafblower		Many Hispanics are involved with landscaping, and sometimes carry leafblowers.
Loby		Armenian word for "beans." Hispanics are known to have a lot of beans in their diet.
Lowrider		Refers to lowriders, the tricked-out custom cars Hispanic gang members often drive.
Mestizo		Specifically a Spanish/Native American mixed-race person. Not polite, but not taboo either. From the Spanish word for "mixed."
Mojado		Means "wet" or "dunked" in Spanish. See: Mojo.
Mojo		Normally used among Hispanics toward other Hispanics. "Mojo" derives from "mojado," meaning "wet," i.e., wetbacks. "Mojados" are Mexican citizens, while "pochos" are Mexican Americans.
Montana		Derived from the movie "Scarface," which stars a Cuban immigrant drug lord named Tony Montana. The slur is usually said with a Spanish accent.
Mule		Hispanics transport drugs.
Nacho		Based on the popular snack.
Naco		Native Mexicans. Used as an insult by city dwellers on indigenous, small town inhabitants or vulgar people even from the big city.
Nethead		Chicano slur used in L.A. From Mexican boys wearing thin nets to cover their hair.
New York Met		There are a lot of Hispanics on the Mets.
Orange Picker		From all the Hispanics that work in the agriculture industry in California.
Paragraph		Refers to Hispanic children: "Not quite an essay (see: ese), but a paragraph."
Pepperbelly		They eat a lot of peppers. Reference to their love for spicy foods.
Petrolero		Hispanics who are attracted to Black people. Means "oilman" or "oil driller."
Po-Bean		Short for "Poor Beaner."
Pocho		Chicano term for Mexican Americans who have lost their Spanish or Mexican cultural roots.
Pollo		The U.S. Border Patrol uses this term to refer to illegal aliens. "Pollo" means "chicken" in Spanish. Agents call them "pollos" on their service radios.
Ref		Many people use it in southern Florida to refer to Latin Americans (mainly Cubans) who come to South Florida and don't speak English well.
Rico Suave		The 1990s singer/rapper of the same name.
River-Crosser		Refers to crossing the river into the U.S.
Sanchez		Common Hispanic surname.
Scratch-Back		Mexicans (illegals) who crawl under fences, getting their backs scratched up in the process, to get into America.
Sexican		Refers to how fast the Mexican American population is increasing.
Spanglish		Spanish Americans; English-speaking Hispanics, and also the language they speak.
Spec		Baby "Spic." See: Spic.
Speed Demon		Amphetamines are popular among Hispanics.
Spic		Highly offensive slur against Hispanic people. Etymology disputed: possibly from an immigrant unable to speak English saying "no spic da English," or from the acronym SPIC standing for Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Colored.
Spic and Span		Play on the cleaning product brand Spic and Span.
SpicNic		Hispanics who pull over on the side of a main highway, pop the hood of their car, set up a volleyball net, sit on their coolers and have a picnic.
Spivic		Often refers to Hispanics who drive Honda Civics.
Taco		Because they eat tacos.
Taco Bender		Because they eat tacos.
Taco Nigger		Because they eat tacos.
Tamale		A common latin American food.
Tomato Picker		Hispanics pick tomatoes.
W.O.G.		Derogatory slang, especially in Britain and Australia, for dark-skinned foreigners. The backronyms "Westernised Oriental Gentleman" and "Worthy Oriental Gentleman" are folk etymology.
Wab		Short for "wetback." See: Wetback.
